The most innovative aenological practices are wisely used, while at the same time maintaining the utmost respect for those traditions which constitute the basis of the identity and unarguable quality of Rioja wine.

Tank fermentation, recirculation, clarification and racking are undertaken with true craftsmanship, until the wine achieves perfect balance and maximum quality. Ageing is done in new casks, custom made for "Viñedos de Calidad" from various types of French and American oak.
