GRAPE VARIETY: 70% Tempranillo , 20% Merlot, 10% Graciano

CONSERVATION: Twelve months in new American oak barrel.

COLOUR: Cherry red well defined and very bright, with great brightness in the wine glass.

AROMA: Great aromatic potential, very neat and complex, where balsamic, mountain, liquorice and vanilla shades stand out.

TASTE: Very complex and well structured, balanced, silky and powerful, highlighting vigorous but noble tannins that are supplied by the barrel.

RETROTASTE: Long and very pleasant with a complex ending in the mouth, which highlights the smoothness it has obtained in its "crianza".

GASTRONOMIC RECOMENDATION: Roasted meat and cured cheese.
