This wine is made exclusively form grapes form our estate in the vicinity of Aranjuez, grown in line with the regulations of the Organic Agriculture Committee of the community of Madrid.

Four varieties of grape have been used to make this wine, the predominant one being the native Tempranillo grape, complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and a small amount of Syrah, with the aim of obtaining a complex wine that reflects the different nuances, both edaphological and varietal, of our vineyards. It has an attractive ripe cherry-red colour with a good depth and violet hues on the rim; notably fruity nose, with spicy notes and a subtle touch of liquorice; well-structured in the mouth, with pleasant tannins, a refreshing fruitiness and a very good and persistent finish.
